My name is Rosie Shultz, and I am the proud owner of Texas Rose Cakeries. I was born and raised in Central Texas, where I discovered my love for baking at an early age. What began as a simple passion quickly grew into a lifelong love for creating sweet treats that bring people together.
I later attended the University of North Texas, where I graduated with honors in 2018 with a degree in Hospitality Management. My passion for baking and culinary creativity has always been at the heart of who I am, and I love turning that passion into desserts that help make life’s special moments even more memorable.
After meeting my husband in North Texas, I relocated to his home area of Minnesota. Today, I’m proud to bring my Texas baking roots, warm hospitality, and love for handcrafted desserts to families and celebrations throughout the Twin Cities area.
At Texas Rose Cakeries, every order is made with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Whether I’m creating a cake for a wedding, birthday, baby shower, graduation, or another special event, my goal is always the same: to make your celebration a little sweeter.
